Prepared in a similar manner to example 3 from 2-(4-(5-(methoxymethyl)pyridine-3-yl)phenyl)-2-methylpropanoic acid (example 32a) and isobutylamine. Yield 73%. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO): δ 0.72-0.74 (d, 6H), 1.46 (s, 6H), 1.68 (m, 1H), 2.83 (t, 2H), 3.32 (s, 3H), 4.5 (s, 2H), 7.36 (t, 1H), 7.39-7.42 (d, 2H), 7.66-7.68 (d, 2H), 7.95 (t, 1H), 8.48-8.49 (d,1H), 8.78-8.79 (d, 1H). MS (M+H, 341).
