Reaction Steps
Analogously to Method D, 1.18 g of tert-butyl 3-hydroxy-4-{4-[3-(2-methoxybenzyloxy)propoxy]phenyl}piperidine-1-carboxylate and 0.64 g of N-[2-(2-chloromethylbenzofuran-7-yl)ethyl]acetamide are reacted. The title compound is obtained as a yellow oil. Rf=0.12 (3:1 EtOAc-heptane); Rt=5.65.
