Reaction Steps
Analogously to Example 3a, 0.537 g of tert-butyl 3-carboxymethoxy-4-{4-[3-(2-methoxybenzyloxy)propoxy]phenyl}piperidine-1-carboxylate (Example 34b) and 0.296 g of 2-(4-methoxybutyl)phenylamine are reacted. The title compound is obtained as a yellow oil. Rf=0.27 (1:1 EtOAc-heptane); Rt=5.98.
