Reaction Steps
Analogously to Method I, 0.100 g of tert-butyl 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3-[1-(3-methoxypropyl)-2-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinolin-7-ylmethoxy]piperidine-1-carboxylate (Example 44d) and 0.067 g of 2-(3-bromopropoxy)-1,3-dimethoxybenzene are used to prepare the title compound. Rf=0.20 (2:1 EtOAc-heptane); Rt=5.83.
