Reaction Steps
Analogously to Method I, 0.150 g of benzyl 4-(4-chloromethylphenyl)-3-[4-(3-methoxypropyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[1,4]oxazin-6-ylmethoxy]piperidine-1-carboxylate (Example 270b) and 0.0548 g of benzo[1,3]dioxol-5-ol are reacted. The title compound is obtained as a yellowish oil. Rf=0.18 (1:2 EtOAc-heptane); Rt=5.78.
