Procedure

Analogously to Method I, 0.107 g of benzyl 4-(4-chloromethylphenyl)-3-[4-(3-methoxypropyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[1,4]oxazin-6-ylmethoxy]piperidine-1-carboxylate (Example 270b) and 0.0444 g of 3-(1H-imidazol-4-yl)phenol are reacted. The title compound is obtained as an orange oil. Rf=0.19 (200:10:1 dichloromethane-methanol-conc. ammonia); Rt=4.89.
