Yield, 2%. 1H-NMR (CD3OD): δ=1.95-2.09 (m, 1H), 2.11-2.26 (m, 1H), 2.36-2.55 (m, 4H), 3.64 (ψ-quint, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 7.32 (“t”, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 7.37 (“t”, J=7.7 Hz, 1H), 7.47 (“t”, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 7.53 (“t”, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 7.70 (d, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 7.74 (d, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 7.90 (d, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 8.22 (d, J=7.7 Hz, 1H); (+)-ESI-MS: m/z=278 [M+H]+, 196 [5H-phenanthridin-6-one+H]+.
