Using the same protocol as described in example 17, step 3, 2-[(4-bromophenyl)(pyridin-4-yl)methoxy]-4-methylpentanoic acid potassium salt from step 3 (312 mg, 0.75 mmol) was coupled with aminoacetonitrile HCl Salt. The crude residue obtained was chromatographed on silica gel using 10% MeOH in dichloromethane to afford the title compound.
