Reaction Steps
Using the same procedure as described for example 40, (2S)-N-(cyanomethyl)-2-{[(R)-{4-[1-(2-methoxyethyl)piperidin-4-yl]phenyl}(phenyl)methyl]oxy}-4-methylpentanamide (75 mg, 0.157 mmol) was oxidized to give the title compound after chromatography with 50% methanol/acetone.
