Procedure

Following the procedure described in Intermediate 100 and Intermediate 21 using N,N-dimethyl-1-{4-[1-(phenylsulfonyl)-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-2-yl]phenyl}methanamine and 4-bromo-1-(1-methylethyl)-3-(4-nitrophenyl)-1H-pyrazole provided the title compound. ESMS [M+H]+: 481.4
