2-Furan-2-yl-N5-piperidin-3-ylmethyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a][1,3,5]triazine-5,7-diamine was prepared in the same manner as described in Example 6(a) and (b) above, except that 3-aminomethyl-1-Boc-piperidine was used as the starting material instead of 2-aminomethyl-1-Boc-pyrrolidine (both starting materials are commercially available from Astatech, Monmouth Junction, N.J.).
