Procedure

Following a procedure described in Example 35, but substituting respectively acid 193 for acid 80 and 1,2-phenylenediamine for aniline, the compound 194 was obtained in 99% yield. 1H NMR: (300 MHz, CD3OD): 8.01 (d, 2H, J=8.0 Hz), 7.92 (d, 2H, J=8.8 Hz), 7.65-7.54 (m, 3H), 7.09 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 6.68 (dd, J=7.7, 7.4 Hz, 1H), 5.97 (s, 1H), 3.22 (t, J=7.1 Hz, 2H), 2.82 (dd, J=7.4, 7.7 Hz, 2H), 1.91-1.80 (m, 2H), 1.77-1.63 (m, 2H). 13C NMR: (75 MHz, CH3OD): 25.1, 25.2, 28.7, 33.4, 39.1, 118.6, 119.6, 124.7, 125.4, 126.9, 127.8, 127.9, 128.7, 129.4, 129.5, 130.7, 131.1, 133.9, 135.5, 136.9, 140.8, 143.0, 157.6, 167.5, 202.6
