Reaction Steps
{5-[4′-(1-M ethanesulfonylamino carbonyl-cyclopropyl)-biphenyl-4-yl]-3-methyl-isoxazol-4-yl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (0.25 g, 0.49 mmol)) in CH2Cl2 (2 mL) and TFA (2 mL) was stirred overnight then poured into EtOAc/NaHCO3 (aq). The organic layer was concentrated to yield the title compound that was used directly in the next step.
