Synthesized using method A with 3-methyl-5-phenylpyrazin-2-amine and 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-oxopropanoic acid as starting materials. 1H NMR (300 MHz, dmso) δ 8.84 (s, 1H), 8.00 (d, J=7.6, 2H), 7.47 (dd, J=8.6, 16.2, 3H), 7.17 (d, J=7.3, 2H), 6.69 (d, J=8.4, 2H), 6.26 (s, 4H), 4.17 (s, 2H), 2.86 (s, 3H), 2.48 (s, 1H).
