Using 398B and N,3-dimethyl-4-(piperazin-1-yl)benzamide-2HCl in the general procedure for reductive aminations, the title compound was obtained as a white solid: 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.33 (t, J=6.95 Hz, 3H) 1.41 (d, J=6.82 Hz, 3H) 2.26 (s, 3H) 2.52-2.57 (m, 4H) 2.75 (d, J=4.29 Hz, 3H) 2.89 (br. s., 4H) 3.42 (s, 2H) 4.04 (d, J=7.07 Hz, 2H) 4.55-4.65 (m, 1H) 6.52 (s, 1H) 6.63 (s, 1H) 7.03 (d, J=8.34 Hz, 1H) 7.58-7.67 (m, 2H) 8.24 (d, J=4.04 Hz, 1H) 10.57 (s, 1 H). ESI-MS: m/z 453.4 (M+H)+. mp 173.4-180.5° C.
