To a mixture of 115d (100 mg, 0.15 mmol) in methanol (6 mL) was added NaBH4 (18 mg, 0.45 mmol). The mixture was stirred at 30° C. for 1 h and then quenched with water (10 mL). It was extracted with dichloromethane (3×30 mL) and the combined organic layer was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 115 (35 mg, 36%) as a white solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 602.2. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.68 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 8.42 (d, J=2.5 Hz, 1H), 8.35 (d, J=2.5 Hz, 1H), 8.30 (s, 1H), 7.77 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.58-7.53 (m, 3H), 4.49-4.45 (m, 2H), 4.10 (bs, 1H), 3.73 (s, 3H), 3.58 (s, 2H), 2.83-2.79 (m, 4H), 2.52 (s, 3H), 1.45 (s, 9H).
