A mixture of 153c (170 mg, 0.29 mmol) and NaBH4(20 mg, 0.50 mmol) in methanol (5 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 0.5 h. The reaction mixture was then quenched with water (7 mL) and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was extracted with dichloromethane (2×10 mL). The combined dichloromethane extract was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified with reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford the 153 as a pale yellow solid (35 mg, 21%). MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 586.3. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.39 (s, 1H), 8.63 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 8.54 (d, J=2.0 Hz 1H), 7.93 (s, 1H), 7.90 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.77 (dd, J=1.5, 12.5 Hz, 1H), 7.60-7.59 (m, 1H), 6.03 (s, 1H), 4.82-4.81 (m, 1H), 4.51-4.45 (m, 2H), 4.01-3.98 (m, 2H), 3.77 (s, 3H), 3.62-3.60 (m, 2H), 2.90-2.86 (m, 2H), 2.42-2.40 (m, 3H), 1.34 (s, 9H).
