192 mg of (S)-3-{2-[1-(4-fluorophenyl)ethylamino]-6-(pyrazin-2-ylamino)pyrimidin-4-yl}benzonitrile (Example 81) was added to 5 ml of t-butanol, and 384 mg of potassium fluoride supported on activated alumina was added thereto, and the mixture was stirred at 80° C. for 2 hours. 384 mg of potassium fluoride supported on activated alumina was added thereto, and the mixture was further stirred for 15 hours. The reaction solution was filtrated to remove precipitates, and then the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the obtained residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain 158 mg of the objective compound as white powder.
