Synthesized as described in Example 4 using 2-methyl-4-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-indole-5-carbonitrile (Example 120) and 4-(chloromethyl)-2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-1,3-oxazole: 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.23 (s, 1H), 8.15 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.71 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.56 (m, 3H), 7.34 (s, 1H), 6.64 (s, 1H), 5.31 (s, 2H), 2.60 (s, 3H); MS (ES) m/z 450 (M+1).
