The title compound was prepared by coupling 4-cyano-1-(2-trimethylsilanyl-ethoxymethyl)-1H-imidazole-2-carboxylate potassium salt (as prepared in Example 1, step (d)) and [5-amino-6-(4,4-dimethyl-cyclohex-1-enyl)-pyridin-2-yl]-acetic acid ethyl ester (as prepared in the previous step) according to the procedure in Example 34, step (c), followed by SEM deprotection according to the procedure in Example 34, step (d). Mass spectrum (ESI, m/z): Calcd. for C22H25ClN5O3, 408.2 (M+H). found 408.2.
