Procedure

The title compound was prepared from 2-[4-amino-3-(4,4-dimethyl-cyclohex-1-enyl)-phenyl]-N-(2-dimethylamino-ethyl)-acetamide (as prepared in the previous step) and potassium 4-cyano-1-(2-trimethylsilanyl-ethoxymethyl)-1H-imidazole-2-carboxylate (as prepared in Example 1, step (d)) according to the procedure in Example 1, step (f). Mass spectrum (ESI, m/z): Calcd. for C31H46N6O3Si, 579.3 (M+H). found 579.3.
