Following Example 216, to a well stirred solution of 8-(1H-Pyrazol-4-yl)-4,5-dihydro-6-oxa-3-thia-1-aza-benzo[e]azulene-2-carboxylic acid and 4-tert-butylpiperidine to give 252. MS: (ESI+)=427.1
