Following the procedure for Example 128, 9-Bromo-2-(2-isopropyl-2H-[1,2,4]triazol-3-yl)-4,5-dihydro-6-oxa-3-thia-1-aza-benzo[e]azulene from Example 6, and 2-fluoro-5-methylpyridin-3-ylboronic acid were reacted to give 402 (0.054 g, 37%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO) δ 8.74 (t, J=2.0, 1H), 8.11 (s, 1H), 8.07-7.97 (m, 2H), 7.60 (d, J=8.5, 1H), 7.21 (d, J=8.4, 1H), 5.82 (dt, J=13.2, 6.6, 1H), 4.44 (t, J=4.9, 2H), 3.49 (t, J=4.9, 2H), 2.37 (s, 3H), 1.54 (d, J=6.6, 6H). MS (ESI(+)): m/z 422.1 (M+H)
