To a solution of C-[2-(2-Isopropyl-5-methyl-2H-[1,2,4]triazol-3-yl)-4,5-dihydro-6-oxa-3-thia-1-aza-benzo[e]azulen-8-yl]-methylamine 532 (0.050 g, 0.00014 mol) in tetrahydrofuran (1.0 mL) was added triethylamine (0.0588 mL, 0.000422 mol) then isocyanatoethane (0.110 mL, 0.00141 mol). The reaction was stirred at room temperature overnight, quenched with a small amount of methanol and concentrated in vacuo. The crude was precipitated from MeOH/H2O to give 525. MS (ESI+) 427.1
