Procedure
The product from Example 1, Part C (160 mg, 0.5 mmol) and 6-aminonicotinamide (103 mg, 0.75 mmol) were reacted as described in Example 5. After evaporation of the reaction solvent the residue was partitioned between water and EtOAc, and the aqueous phase was washed with EtOAc. The combined organics were washed with brine, dried (Na2SO4), filtered, and evaporated. The title compound was obtained by silica gel chromatography (10 mg, 5%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.76 (d, J=2 Hz, 1H), 8.71 (br s, 1H), 8.22 (d, J=9 Hz, 1H), 8.13 (dd, J=9 Hz, 2 Hz, 1H), 7.20 (d, J=9 Hz, 2H), 6.83 (d, J=9 Hz, 2H), 5.05 (d, J=15 Hz, 1H), 4.63 (s, 1H), 4.13 (d, J=15 Hz, 1H), 3.77 (s, 3H), 2.94 (s, 2H), 1.95 (s, 3H), 1.83 (s, 3H). MS: m/z (MH+) 441.
