The title compound was prepared from 3-((R)-6-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-oxo-3-((S)-1-(4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl)ethyl)-1,3-oxazinan-6-yl)-2,2-dimethylpropanenitrile and 5-bromo-1-methylpyridin-2(1H)-one following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 3 Step 2.
