Prepared according to the procedure described for example 44 from 5-[(3,5-dichloro-4-pyridyl)sulfanyl]-4-nitro-thiophene-2-carboxylic acid (35 mg, 0.1 mmol) and ammonia (0.24 mL, 0.5 M in THF, 0.12 mmol). The title compound was obtained as a solid (4.5 mg, 12.8% yield). MS m/z: 347.80, 349.80 [M+H]+.
