Reaction Steps
Prepared according to the procedure described for example 44 from 5-[(3,5-dichloro-4-pyridyl)sulfanyl]-4-nitro-thiophene-2-carboxylic acid (35 mg, 0.1 mmol) and 1-methylpiperazine (10.0 mg, 0.1 mmol). The title compound was obtained as a solid (26.5 mg, 61% yield). MS m/z: 433 [M+H]+.
