Prepared according to the procedure described for example 44 from 5-[(3,5-dichloro-4-pyridyl)sulfanyl]-4-nitro-thiophene-2-carboxylic acid (35 mg, 0.1 mmol) and 3-aminopiperidin-2-one (11.4 mg, 0.1 mmol). The title compound was obtained as a solid (10.4 mg, 23% yield). MS m/z: 446 [M+H]+.
