Prepared according to the procedure described for example 50 from 5-[(3,5-dichloro-4-pyridyl)sulfanyl]-4-nitro-thiophene-2-carbonyl chloride (120 mg, 0.33 mmol) and 4-fluoro-aniline (43 mg, 0.39 mmol). The title compound was obtained as a solid (60 mg, 41% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ: 10.58 (1H, s), 9.00 (2H, s), 8.69 (1H, s), 7.67 (2H, m), 7.21 (2H, m). MS m/z: 442.06, 444.06 [M+H]+.
