Prepared according to the procedure described for example 50 from 5-[(3,5-dichloro-4-pyridyl)sulfanyl]-4-nitro-thiophene-2-carbonyl chloride (120 mg, 0.33 mmol) and 4-fluoro-2-trifluoromethyl-aniline (69 mg, 0.39 mmol). The title compound was obtained as a solid (60 mg, 36% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ: 10.55 (1H, s), 8.99 (2H, m), 8.64 (1H, s), 7.73 (1H, m), 7.64 (1H, m), 7.58 (1H, m). MS m/z: 510.02, 512.00 [M+H]+.
