Prepared according to the procedure described for example 50 from 5-[(3,5-dichloro-4-pyridyl)sulfanyl]-4-nitro-thiophene-2-carbonyl chloride (120 mg, 0.33 mmol) and 4-bromoaniline (67 mg, 0.39 mmol). The title compound was obtained as a solid (55 mg, 33% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ: 10.63 (1H, s), 9.01 (2H, s), 8.71 (1H, s), 7.63 (2H, m), 7.56 (2H, m). MS m/z: 502.01, 503.94, 505.92 [M+H]+.
