Prepared according to the procedure described for example 50 from 5-[(3,5-dichloro-4-pyridyl)sulfanyl]-4-nitro-thiophene-2-carbonyl chloride (120 mg, 0.33 mmol) and cyclohexylamine (49 mg, 0.39 mmol). The title compound was obtained as a solid (60 mg, 34% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ: 8.98 (2H, s), 8.62 (1H, m), 8.50 (1H, s), 3.63 (1H, m), 1.71 (4H, m), 1.59 (1H, m), 1.24 (4H, m), 1.09 (1H, m). MS m/z: 430.13, 432.07 [M+H]+.
