Prepared according to the procedure described for example 50 from 5-((3,5-dichloropyridin-4-yl)thio)-4-nitrothiophene-2-carboxylic acid (200 mg, 0.57 mmol) and 5-tert-butylisoxazol-3-amine (95 mg, 0.68 mmol). The title compound was obtained as a yellow solid (45 mg, 17% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ: 10.78 (1H, s), 9.01 (2H, s), 8.75 (1H, m), 8.01 (2H, m), 7.82 (2H, m), 2.51 (3H, s). MS m/z: 466.03, 468.03 [M+H]+.
