Reaction Steps
2-Chloro-5-fluoro-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine was prepared in a manner analogous to Intermediate 65, substituting 2,4,6-trichloro-5-fluoropyrimidine for 2,4-dichloro-5-fluoropyrimidine. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3): 2.50 (d, J=2.7 Hz, 6H).
