A mixture of the product of Example 1 stage (iv) (1 g) and 1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (2.8 ml) was heated at 150° C. in a reactivial for 2 h. After cooling the mixture was evaporated in vacuo and the solid residue (800 mg) was purified by flash chromatography eluting with dichloromethane/methanol/ammonia (200:10:1) to give the title compound as an oil (260 mg). T.l.c. Silica, dichloromethane/methanol/ammonia (150:8:1) Rf 0.25.
