Reaction Steps
Using the procedure from Example 13, methyl 1-(5-cyano-2-propylimidazol-4-yl)-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylate (Example 34) and N-triphenylmethyl-5-[4'-(bromomethyl)biphenyl-2-yl]tetrazole (Example 12) were reacted and deprotected to give the title compound. MS (CI, CH4 +NH3) 507(M+CH3).
