The title compound was prepared from 5-n-butyl-4-[[2'-(N-t-butylsulfamoyl)-biphenyl-4-yl]methyl]-2,4-dihydro-2-[5-nitro-2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-one (from Step C) by reaction with trifluoroacetic acid in the presence of anisole according to the method of Example 28, Step G. Flash chromatography on silica gel (elution with 0.3% MeOH in CH2Cl2) yielded 60 mg (79%) of the product, homogeneous by TLC in 95:5 CH2Cl2 --MeOH; mass spectrum (FAB) m/e 576 (M+1)+.
