Reaction Steps
First, 0.9 g of 2-methoxycycloheptimidazole was added to 5 ml of anisole, and 1.1 g of methyl trifluoromethanesulfonate was added dropwise. After being stirred at room temperature for one hour, 30 ml of ethyl acetate was added, and deposited crystals were collected by filtration and dried.
