Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared by treating 2-benzyl-4-(4-fluorophenoxy)-5-[4-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl]-3(2H)-pyridazinone (Example 75) with AlBr3 in toluene according to the procedure in Example 11 (yield: 1.8 g, 95%).
