The titled compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 1, substituting 2-(4-diethylamino-phenylcarbamoyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-naphthalene-2-carboxylic acid from Example 16B for 8-methoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-naphthalene-2-carboxylic acid, and 2-amino-N,N-dimethyl-acetamide for N,N-diethylphenylene diamine sulfate used in Example 1. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-D6) δ 9.70 (s, 1H), 8.21 (t, J=5.4 Hz, 1H), 7.46 (t, J=9.0 Hz, 2H), 7.01–7.09 (m, 4H), 6.60 (d, J=9.0 Hz, 1H), 3.92 (d, J=5.7 Hz, 2H), 3.28 (q, J=6.9 Hz, 4H), 3.20 (d, J=17.4 Hz, 1H), 2.95 (s, 3H), 2.87 (s, 3H), 2.78 (m, 2H), 2.30 (m, 2H), and 1.05 (t, J=6.9 Hz, 6H).
