Reaction Steps
3-Biphenyl-4-yl-(2S)-[(3-bromo-benzoyl-amino)-propionic acid (100 mg, 0.23 mmol) was reacted with 4-methanesulfonyl-phenyl boronic acid (0.141 mg, 0.69 mmol) by following general procedure D yielding the title compound (102 mg, 87%) as a light yellow solid.
