A solution of 2-amino-4-chloro-7-(2-C-methyl-θ-D-ribofuranosyl)-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine (Example 118, Step B) (21 mg, 0.07 mmol) in cyclopropylamine (0.5 mL) was heated at 70° C. for two days, then evaporated to an oily residue and purified on a silica gel column with CH2Cl2/MeOH, 20/1, as eluent to give the title compound as a white solid (17 mg).
