Synthesised from 3-thienylmethyl bromide and 3,5-dimethyl-4-hydroxy-N-[(1-dimethylaminocyclopentyl)methyl]benzamide following the procedure as described in Example 10 (b). The crude product was purified by SPE chromatography. 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ: 1.41 (m, 2H), 1.65 (m, 4H), 1.83 (m, 2H), 2.27 (s, 6H), 2.31 (s, 6H), 3.44 (d, 2H, J˜2 Hz), 4.85 (s, 2H), 6.88 (s, 1H), 7.16 (m, 1H), 7.26 (m, 1H), 7.34 (m, 2H), 7.45 (s, 2H). LCMS m/z 387.0 (MH+; 98%).
