According to general procedure C 4-aminomethyl-3,5-difluoro-benzonitrile hydrochloride was reacted with (RS)-(2,6-difluoro-4-methoxy-phenyl)-ethoxy-acetic acid (example 101.3) give to (RS)-N-(4-cyano-2,6-difluoro-benzyl)-2-(2,6-difluoro-4-methoxy-phenyl)-2-ethoxy-acetamide. Off-white solid. MS 397.1 ([M+H]+)
