Procedure

To a solution of 3.25 g of the product from Example 3 in 50 ml of ether was added 3.75 g of 2-methoxycarbonylbenzenesulfonyl isocyanate and the mixture was stirred for 3 hours under nitrogen. The precipitated product was filtered and washed with ether to afford 6.0 g of the title compound, m.p. 126°-128°(d).
