Procedure

A mixture of 300 mg (1.13 mmol) of 4-allylamino-2-chloro-6-nitroquinazoline and 1.18 g (12.15 mmol) of diallylamine for 2 hours was stirred at room temperature, and then at 60° C. for one hour. Water was added to the reaction mixture, followed by extraction with ethyl acetate, washing with brine and drying over anhydrous sodium sulfate. After the solvent was distilled off, the residue was purified by a silica gel column to give 325 mg (yield: 88.5%) of the title compound.
