Reaction Steps

Into a solution of Compound 105 (55.0 mg, 0.10 mmol) in ethanol (2.0 mL) at room temperature was added cesium fluoride (152 mg, 1.0 mmol). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour, diluted with CH2Cl2, washed with water (2×), dried (Na2SO4), filtered and concentrated. The residue was purified on silica to give Compound 106 (39 mg).
