The titled compound was prepared using a procedure analogous to that described in connection with Example 15 except that 7-chloropyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-5-amine (1E) and thiophen-2-ylboronic acid were used as starting materials. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CHLOROFORM-d) δ 4.82 (s, 2H), 6.24 (d, J=1.7 Hz, 1H), 6.52 (s, 1H), 7.21-7.25 (m, 1H), 7.66 (d, J=5.1 Hz, 1H), 8.02 (d, J=1.7 Hz, 1H), 8.22 (d, J=3.8 Hz, 1H).
