A mixture of 2-chloro-3-quinoxalin-6-ylpropanal (110 mg, 0.52 mmol), and 6-(4-bromo-3-fluorophenyl)-1,2,4-triazin-3-amine (140 mg, 0.52 mmol) in tert-butyl alcohol (4 mL) was stirred at 110° C. overnight. After cooling to RT, it was concentrated and purified by chromatography on silica gel with EtOAc in Hexane (0-40%) to afford the desired product (140 mg, 62%). LCMS: (M+H)=435.2.
